If you don’t keep at least one photograph of the transit of your life, how you could have the little certainty that everything was not a dream?
"Little certainties" happen between Mexico City and Tijuana. MARIO is a man who travels constantly between the two cities. In Mexico City, he knows NATALIA with which initiates a loving relation and with which glides to go away to a distant place where they will be able to begin a new life. In the eve, MARIO returns to Tijuana where his brother, JUAN discovers him in a fraud and he faces it. They discuss. Mario leaves the house and disappears.
In Mexico, NATALIA tries to know what happened with MARIO and followed by her MOTHER, she travel to Tijuana in order to know more about MARIO, NATALIA is pregnant.
In Tijuana, MARIO siblings: JUAN and SOFÍA feel threatened by the presence of Natalia, and the confrontation between the families of the region center and north explodes. Between the pain that surround them, the MOTHER and her singular way to solve the problems: making a delicious cake of chocolate, faces these abandoned souls to the certainty that they will only be able to survive, if they can take hold from the small daily convictions that the life gives them. “Little Certainties”, a story of crossings, lost desires and laughing humor.
